Isuzu models add diversity to bus and truck show
PROVIDING their own brand of competence amid the various vehicles displayed at the recently held Philippines Bus & Truck Show 2016 were models from Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC), which is recognized as one of the leading manufacturers and assemblers of commercial vehicles in the country.
Held on July 15 to 17, 2016 at the SMX Convention Center at SM MOA in Pasay City, the commercial vehicle model spectacle was staged alongside PhilAuto 2016, an automotive trade show focused on aftermarket products and services. The Philippines Bus & Truck Show, poised to become the biggest of such type of event in the country, featured vehicle parts, accessories, and garage equipment.
For the second year, IPC added to the diverse range of products showcased at the event. This year the company displayed a pair of Isuzu models %u2014 the EXZ51K, which offers local consumers unmatched heavy-duty-use capabilities, and the CYZ51M, a truck model that boasts of a 15-cubic-meter dump vessel body. Like any Isuzu, both the EXZ51K and the CYZ51M are backed by Isuzu%u2019s world-renowned expertise in diesel technology. The trucks also enjoy the advantage of having a wide availability of parts to support their operation for numerous years, as well as the competent service ensured by a large network of IPC dealerships.

IPC%u2019s product range can be configured to address various requirements. Leading the lineup are Isuzu%u2019s C-Series and E-Series models, most prominent among which are the CYH and CYZ51M, and the similarly sized EXR51F and EXZ51K. Just as competent as these heavy-duty vehicles are Isuzu%u2019s N-Series trucks, which have been the Philippines%u2019 best-selling light-duty commercial vehicles for more than 16 consecutive years. Belonging to this range are the NPR85, NPS and NKS models, which can come in cab and chassis format so these can be designed for different applications. Other light-duty Isuzu trucks are the NHR NT, NHR MB i-Van, NPR and NQR. For medium-duty requirements, Isuzu offers its F-Series trucks.
All these Isuzu models are equipped to cater to the mobility and logistical requirements of industries involved in construction, infrastructure, mining, telecommunications, food and transportation, as well as serve the needs of government agencies.
Meanwhile, an additional activity at the Philippines Bus & Truck Show 2016 was sponsored by IPC. Organized and attended by members and guests of the Confederation of Truckers Association of the Philippines, the event carried the theme %u201CGearing Up for a Safe, Dynamic and ASEAN-Competitive Trucking Industry,%u201D and featured speeches on current issues concerning government policies regarding the domestic trucking industry.
The Philippines Bus & Truck Show 2016 is organized by the AMB Events Group, a Malaysia-based company that holds exhibitions and conferences for major industry sectors. The recent event saw over 250 exhibitors coming from 16 countries, including China, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan and Thailand.
